WASHINGTON, April 10 -- Sen. Steve Daines, R-Mont., has introduced legislation (S. 894) to amend title 40, U.S. Code, "to provide requirements for the disposal of surplus Federal property relating to review of bidders and post-sale responsibilities."
The bill was introduced on April 7. It was referred to the Senate Environment and Public Works Committee.
