WASHINGTON, March 25 -- Sen. Richard Blumenthal, D-Conn., has introduced legislation (S. 712) to amend title 38, U.S. Code, "to reform the rights and processes relating to appeals of decisions regarding claims for benefits under the laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs."
The bill was introduced on March 23 and has 17 co-sponsors. Co-sponsors include Sens. Jon Tester, D-Mont., Angus S. King Jr., I-Maine, Tim Kaine, D-Va., Margaret Wood Hassan, D-N.H., Robert Casey . . .
