WASHINGTON, Feb. 20 -- The U.S. Department of Commerce's National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration announced that it expects to award up to 12 cooperative agreements for the expansion of sustainable U.S. marine, coastal and Great Lakes aquaculture production.
