WASHINGTON, Jan. 23 -- Sen. Charles E. Schumer, D-N.Y., has introduced a resolution (S.Res. 17) to "constitute the minority party's membership on certain committees for the One Hundred Fifteenth Congress, or until their successors are chosen."
