WASHINGTON, Jan. 23 -- Sen. Amy Klobuchar, D-Minn., has introduced legislation (S. 182) to "provide for the inclusion of court-appointed guardianship improvement and oversight activities under the Elder Justice Act of 2009."
The bill was introduced on Jan. 20 and was co-sponsored by Sen. John Cornyn, R-Texas. It was referred to the Senate Judiciary Committee.
