WASHINGTON, Dec. 6 -- The U.S. Department of Justice's Office of Juvenile Justice Delinquency Prevention announced that it intends to award up to three discretionary grants for field-initiated research and evaluation to advance effective delinquency prevention and juvenile justice system interventions and reform.
