WASHINGTON, Oct. 22 -- The U.S. Department of Agriculture's Foreign Agricultural Service announced that it expects to award up to seven cooperative agreements for the Food for Progress program that provides for the donation of U.S. agricultural commodities to developing countries and emerging democracies that are committed to introducing or expanding free enterprise in their agricultural economies.
