WASHINGTON, Oct. 22 -- The U.S.Department of Agriculture's National Institute of Food and Agriculture announced that it intends to award a mandatory grant for the Organic Agriculture Research and Extension Initiative that aims to enhance the ability of producers and processors to grow and market high quality organic agricultural products.
