WASHINGTON, Oct. 1 -- Sen. Sherrod Brown, D-Ohio, has introduced legislation (S. 3450) to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 "to include electric charging of certain vehicle as a qualified transportation fringe benefit excluded from gross income."
The bill was introduced on Sept. 28. It was referred to the Senate Finance Committee.
