WASHINGTON, Oct. 1 -- Sen. Kelly Ayotte, R-N.H., has introduced a legislation (S. 3448) to "provide for the creation of the Missing Armed Forces Personnel Records Collection at the National Archives, to require the expeditious public transmission to the Archivist and the public disclosure of Missing Armed Forces Personnel records."
The bill was introduced on Sept. 28. It was referred to the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee.
