WASHINGTON, Sept. 28 -- The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services' Family and Youth Services Bureau announced that it intends to award up to 103 discretionary grants for the Transitional Living Program and maternity group homes projects to implement, enhance, and support promising intervention strategies for the effective transition of homeless youth to self-sufficiency.
