WASHINGTON, Sept. 28 -- The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services' Center for Global Health announced that it expects to award up to four cooperative agreements for HIV program evaluation implementation support for activities implemented under the President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief Initiative.
The award ceiling for this funding opportunity is $1 million.
