WASHINGTON, Sept. 28 -- Sen. Richard Blumenthal, D-Conn., has introduced a resolution (S.Res. 573) "designating October 8, 2016, as National Hydrogen and Fuel Cell Day."
The resolution was introduced on Sept. 26 and was co-sponsored by Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C.
