WASHINGTON, Sept. 28 -- Sen. Ron Wyden, D-Ore., has introduced legislation (S. 3394) to amend the Energy Reorganization Act of 1974 "to modify provisions relating to protection of the employees of the Department of Energy and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission."
The bill was introduced on Sept. 26 and was co-sponsored by Sens. Edward J. Markey, D-Mass., and Claire McCaskill, D-Mo. It was referred to the Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee.
