WASHINGTON, May 16 -- Sen. John Cornyn, R-Texas, has introduced legislation (S. 3185) to amend the Immigration and Nationality Act to "provide certain immigration benefits for aliens with advanced degrees in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics."
The bill was introduced on May 15.
The legislation was referred to the Senate Judiciary Committee.
