WASHINGTON, May 16 -- Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand, D-N.Y., has introduced legislation (S. 3180) to "require the Department of Defense to develop a plan to track and respond to incidents of hazing in the Armed Forces."
The bill was introduced on May 15.
The legislation was referred to the Senate Armed Services Committee.
