Announcement Modified for $1.4 Million Funding for Training on Federal TRIO Programs

WASHINGTON, May 17 -- The U.S. Department of Education has modified its announcement that it expects to award a maximum of five discretionary grants to train staff and leadership personnel involved in the implementation of the Federal TRIO Programs. It was modified on May 14 to reflect changes in the creation date, eligibility and award description.

The estimated total program funding available was cited as $1.4 million.
