WASHINGTON, Feb. 23 -- The U.S. Agriculture Department's Natural Resources Conservation Service has announced that it expects to award a maximum of three discretionary grants for stimulating the development and adoption of innovative conservation approaches and technologies within the state of Arkansas.
The estimated total program funding available was cited as $200,000, with a ceiling of $75,000 for each award under this program.
