Coast Guard's Funding Issues Lead To Delays In Port Security Measures

WASHINGTON, Feb. 14 -- The U.S. Coast Guard has failed to meet a critical component of a law designed to keeps ports across the nation safe from terrorist activities, the Government Accountability Office revealed.
