WASHINGTON, Jan. 26 -- The Association of American Physicians and Surgeons has filed a suit at the Supreme Court questioning the constitutionality of the Medicaid Expansion Provisions of the Affordable Care Act (Obamacare).
In the brief filed on Jan. 17, the organization argues that since the bill will mandate the expansion of Medicaid eligibility for the states, taxpayers will be burdened with the increase without "an affirmative decision of its legislature and governor." As such . . .
