WASHINGTON, Jan. 27 -- The U.S. Agriculture Department's New Jersey State Office has modified its announcement that it expects to award a maximum of three discretionary grants for stimulating the development and adoption of innovative conservation approaches and technologies. It was modified on Jan. 25 to reflect changes in the current closing date, list of eligible applicants and award description.
