WASHINGTON, Jan. 27 -- The U.S. Health and Human Services Department's Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration has modified its announcement that it expects to award a maximum of 78 discretionary grants for programs for the prevention and reduction of alcohol use among youth age 12-20. It was modified on Jan. 25 to reflect changes in the award description.
The estimated total program funding available was cited as $3.9 million, with a ceiling of $50,000 for each . . .
