WASHINGTON, Jan. 24 -- Sen. Carl Levin, D-Mich., has introduced legislation (S. 2033) to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 "to end the costly derivatives blended rate loophole."
The bill was introduced on Jan. 23.
The legislation was referred to the Senate Finance Committee.
